1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Sirox’s LAP Hub (“the Hub”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

2. What the Hub Is

The Hub is an independent, fan-made collection of tools, reference data, and guides for the mobile game Last Asylum: Plague.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Wiseness Game Online International LTD, the developer of Last Asylum: Plague, or by any publisher of the game. Last Asylum: Plague and all related names, content, artwork, and materials are the trademarks and copyright of Wiseness Game Online International LTD and/or their respective owners, and are referenced here for the purpose of community reference.

The Hub is built by Sirox with help from the community. It is a hobby project, offered free of charge.

3. Accounts

You may use most of the Hub without an account.

If you create one, you may sign in with a third-party provider or with a one-time code sent to your email address. The Hub does not use passwords. By signing in with a provider you authorise us to receive basic profile information from them — see the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the security of the email account and sign-in provider you use, since access to either is access to your Hub account.

One person’s accounts are joined only when the verified email address matches. If you sign in by two different routes carrying two different addresses, you will have two separate Hub accounts and we may be unable to merge them.

4. Your Data

Data you enter while signed out stays on your device. Data you enter while signed in is saved to your account so it follows you between devices. You may delete that saved copy at any time from your account page.

You keep any rights you have in the data you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Hub for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks the terms of service of any game
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Hub’s systems, database, or other people’s accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Hub beyond ordinary use
• Submit false, malicious, or abusive content through the contact form, or use it to harass anyone
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Hub’s operation

6. Intellectual Property

The Hub’s own design, code, written guides, and original content belong to the Hub’s authors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

Game content shown on the Hub belongs to the game’s rights holders and is not ours to license.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary, one-off, and processed by Stripe. They are a contribution toward running costs.

A donation is not a purchase. It buys no product, no service, no feature, no account status, and no promise of future development. Nothing on the Hub is withheld from people who do not donate.

We are not a registered charity, and a donation is not tax-deductible.

Because a donation buys nothing, it is generally not refundable — but if you donated by mistake, email us and we will sort it out.

8. Availability

The Hub is offered as-is and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not promise that it will be available, that a feature will continue to exist, or that data saved to your account will be preserved indefinitely. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Accuracy

Game data, calculations, and guides on the Hub are compiled by fans and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The game changes, and the Hub will sometimes lag behind it.

Do not treat the Hub as authoritative. Decisions you make in-game on the basis of anything here are your own, and we are not responsible for their outcome — including spent resources.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Hub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hub and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Hub, or for any loss of data, progress, or in-game resources.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Hub at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Hub, and delete your account, whenever you like.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
